How can you register for a class in Oindrila’s Art Studio?
What happens if you miss a class?
The Studio offers makeup class for every student on Saturdays 2 pm-4pm in case you miss a class. Please inform the Studio before you arrive.
What do you do in case of inclement weather?
In case of inclement weather, the Studio will contact the students with information about new class times. Please check the Facebook page of Oindrila’s Art Studio and www.oindrila.com for weather updates and new information.
Can I get a refund for my session?
Once the registration is complete and the first class of the session starts, there is no refund available.
Where do you park when you visit Oindrila’s Art Studio?
The Studio is co-located with Pastels and Parcels at the Lorraine Mills, Pawtucket, Rhode Island with convenient access to I=95. There is adequate roadside parking outside the Studio when you come in for a class or an event. You do not require a permit to park.
Can you do a pickup and drop-off of your kid instead of remaining the duration of entire class?
Drop-off and pickup service is conveniently available at the Studio. No kids will be dismissed without the presence of the parents or guardians. If you have someone else drop-off or pickup your kid instead, please notify the Studio.
What different services does Oindrila’s Art Studio offer?
Is Oindrila’s Art Studio liable for any injury or damage to a student or any property?
In no event shall the studio or its instructor, Oindrila Sikdar, be liable ( jointly or separately) to a student for personal injury or any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with a class or session or event of Oindrila’s Art Studio. The Studio is not responsible for any damage to your car during your time at the Studio.
What is the policy regarding the Student Artwork?
The Studio will keep all student artwork until the end of each session. After each session, the Studio holds a Portfolio Showcase where all artwork produced by students are exhibited and promoted. At the end of each showcase, students will receive their artwork back. The Studio reserves the right to retain artwork produced by students for exhibition, promotion and reproduction as part of their program of study while enrolled in a Studio Art Class, and has a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph, tape, reproduce, or otherwise use or display student work for marketing, promotional, archival, reference, research, classroom, educational, and other purposes.
